SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped the customer will receive a refund minus ALL shipping costs. This includes the original shipping cost plus the return shipping on the merchandise.  We will also charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping promotions no longer apply if the merchandise is being returned.

 

If you would like your Basketball Goal assembled/installed and you are located in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, contact us prior to placing your order.

Your Game Starts Here

Orders take 2-3 business days to process, and 4-6 days to ship once your order is processed.  Orders are shipped by truck and include curbside delivery only. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements.  Prior to accepting any delivery, please examine the cartons for any sign of damage.  If there are ANY visible signs of damage, please be sure to have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the merchandise.  Contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order (901) 262-4093.
